  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
  • All payments must be successfully received before order processing (except COD).

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer shipping across selected cities in India. Use the pincode checker during checkout to confirm delivery availability.
  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons or public holidays.
  • Orders above ₹2 lakhs require a valid PAN card.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned during checkout.
  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon product delivery.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
